You're not stretching enough on the eccentric (and moving too fast) and on the concentric you should squeeze the pecs
Can this be done on knees too? Or is it best from what is shown on the video? Getting back into working out, after a good while and injury.
If you can hold hand plank this is a great core challenge. You can absolutely do this on your knees as well.
So, do you skip the 6th eyelet if you use the last one?

The running results are much better.
Doing those hanging double legs works the core good! Idk if you have tried the knees to chest yet and you can do a pull-up with them it’s extremely hard on the abdominal muscles and gives the best stretch for hip flexors

Any advantage to using a single DB vs. one DB in each hand held parallel to each other?
you can go way heavier with a single db
One year late but single DB definitely keeps your arms more stable and reduces injury risk to your rotator cuff. I popped my shoulder out of socket doing incline flies several years back and messed up the cartlidge/ligaments for quite some time. Not the same exercise but similar position and risk of stability loss once you get close to failure.

The flexing of the foot releases some of the LOCKING. And some slip occurs up and down in the heel. By not flexing the LOCKING is too tight. Is it impossible to get rid of complete slippage?
I have found when I dont flex first it feels too tight across the top of my foot when i'm walking/running. Using this tie method ALSO makes the heel fit feel more snug.
@@ashleybordenfitness The question is no matter what there is still some slippage? In other words there is no absolute negation of the slippage?
